Every leader participated in 360 feedback. Further, this transformation journey did not represent a “change of guard” in the firm, rather 80% of the same leaders who were there at the beginning of the transformation were still there 3 years later.

  1. Revenue increased 30% over the 3 years

  2. Culture Score improved from 38 (Poor) to 69 (Good)

  3. Cultural Entropy shifted from 22% (Requiring Focus) to 7% (Low and Healthy.)*
